Pastor Donnie and Sarah Bailey
Lead Pastors
Donnie and Sarah Bailey serve as the Lead Pastors of Church at SouthShore, bringing nearly 20 years of ministry experience and a deep passion for the local church.
Throughout their ministry, they have served in virtually every capacity within the church. The Baileys relocated to the Tampa Bay area in October 2024 and quickly fell in love with the South Shore community.
Pastor Donnie is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God, headquartered in Cleveland, Tennessee, and holds a degree in Business Administration from Georgia Military College. He loves baseball and college football and is a big fan of the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs.
Sarah loves all things hair and beauty. She has been a licensed Master Cosmetologist for nearly 20 years and loves spending quality time with her family.
Donnie and Sarah were married in 2009 and have 3 children, Lillie, Saylor, and Barrett. They also have a golden doodle named Bella.

Our weekend services are where we focus on that relationship. Whether you’re new to the faith, have questions, or have been a Christian for a long time, our services are a safe place to learn more about what it means to Know God and grow closer to Him.

We believe that true and lasting change comes within the context of relationships.
One of the ways God designed for us to live in freedom is to have people in our life to help us in the journey. Connecting with others in Groups is a practical and enjoyable way to find that kind of life-changing community.

This is God’s ultimate plan for our life–to make a difference in the lives of others. When we do, the Bible tells us we will experience joy.
Through the Dream Team and Serve Days, we hope to connect every person to an opportunity to live out their calling by using their gifts and talents to serve others in the church and the community.
